How to Get Your Game Console Repaired by Mail

If you are ready to get your console repaired, follow these steps.

Complete the Game Console Repair Request form
To mail your console, we recommend the USPS Flat Rate box. Be sure to keep your tracking number.
- We do recommend getting your package insured in case it is damaged on the way to our facility.
Once it reaches our facility, it typically takes us 1 week or less to assess the unit.
We will contact you to give you the diagnosis and allow you to decide if you want it repaired. If you do not want it repaired, the only cost to you will be if you want the unit shipped back to you.
